You can get your credit report by conducting a CTOS Self-Check. In order to do so, simply register/ login to CTOS User ID.
If you already have a User ID, select from the four options below to learn more about the Self-Check.
For a company Self-Check, click here to download the request form. Complete the form, affix the company stamp
and attach with the required documents as listed in the form.
To perform a self-check, you must have a User ID. Please obtain a User ID if you do not have one already.
Download and launch the CTOS smartphone application. You can obtain it from iTunes or Google Play.
Select "Services" in the options menu, then select "Self-Check". Your Self-Check report will appear.

Log in above with your User ID. Select "Do Self-Check" from the sidebar. The Self-Check Report will be sent to the email address that you provided during the registration; a copy will also be sent to the CTOS email address that came with your CTOS User ID when you registered.

Please note that SMS requests will result in a charge of RM10.00 from your mobile operator. Your Self-Check Report will be sent to the email address that you provided during the registration. A copy will also be sent to your CTOS email address that came with your CTOS User ID when you registered.
Come to our CTOS Service Centre, and bring your MyKad. Our staff will assist you with the registration of a User ID and your Self-Check Report.
